Our History
The MRGP is a network of evangelical churches and missions agencies dedicated to providing care, resources, and support for missionaries and their families. The idea of starting a partnership group for missionary care in the Philadelphia area was presented by the Missionary Resources Connection of South Carolina in the spring of 2004 (www.mresourcesconnection.org). Since then, a group of people from local mission agencies and churches have met regularly to discuss how they could network more effectively to care for missionaries in the region. In the fall of 2005, the participating churches and organization decided to incorporate and form a non-profit organization. By-laws were written and board members elected.

Statement of Faith
We believe in:
- The one God, our Creator, existing eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- The divine inspiration, original inerrancy, trustworthy transmission, and authority of the Bible.
- The creation of man and woman in God’s image to live in fellowship with and obedience to Him, but alienated by sin and justly subject to God’s sentence of physical and spiritual death.
- Jesus Christ, fully human and fully divine, who, although sinless, assumed the judgment due to us by dying in our place. He was bodily raised from the dead and ascended to heaven as our Savior and Lord.
- Salvation by God’s grace to all who turn from sin and put their trust in Jesus Christ alone.
- The Holy Spirit, who gives new life and a new ability for obedient service.
- The unity of all believers in Jesus Christ, demonstrated in churches called to worship and witness throughout the world.
- The victorious reign and future personal return of Jesus Christ, who will judge all people, giving over the unrepentant to eternal condemnation but receiving the redeemed into eternal life.
